Processing time All our products are personalised and made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your item to be crafted and dispatched.

UK delivery We ship across the UK using Royal Mail or a tracked courier service. Standard delivery typically takes 2–3 business days after dispatch. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

International delivery We ship to selected countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination but typically take 7–14 business days after dispatch. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Personalised orders As each item is made to order, please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order. We are unable to amend orders once production has begun.

Tracking Where available, tracking information will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or damaged items If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
